"Christianity Today magazine says: “Scott Derrickson, co-writer and director of the upcoming film The Exorcism of Emily Rose, says horror movies are an excellent way for a Christian filmmaker to address things of faith.” Scott Derrickson is a graduate of Biola’s film school and his feature film The Exorcism of Emily Rose opens on 2,500 screens this Friday, September 9th. Scott is a screenwriter—and a Christian—he has worked on quite a few films. You'll note how seriously it treats the supernatural and the reality of evil.
