More Body Ills...

In the midst of a lengthy conversation about the place of the body in the spiritual life, I have managed to catch a cold. Not surprisingly, I have not been blogging as actively as I would like as it takes all my energy to focus on one thing. This weekend, though, should provide an excessive amount of "blogging fodder," that is if anyone is interested in Plato's Republic. Keith and I will be spending some 25 hours reading through it with several Straussians. Incidentally, my goal is to read Karl Popper's "Free Society and Its Enemies" by Thanksgiving. I was inspired by a recommendation given here. Oooooh, bet that just made EVERYONE excited to keep reading.
